i cant see tv listings on my oneguide. please help

hi...i have just got the tv tuner. its found all the channels etc and i am using it on freeview via antenna.

problem is when i select a channel it shows me whats on now and next, but when i got to the oneguide, instead of giving me tv listings i get 'info not available' next to every channel.

why is this?

TV listings on my OneGuide are always incorrect

The TV listings on my OneGuide are always incorrect. All of my settings, ZIP Code, Cable Provider, Daylight Savings Time, Time Zone are correct. This is unacceptable. Any new OneGuide features mean nothing to me if the listings are always wrong. I
have COX Communications cable in Las Vegas, NV.

Oneguide and Changing Channels

Hello K22Dwag93,

please try going following the steps below and let me know if it works for you.

1) Go to the Settings app

2) Select "TV & OneGuide"

3) Select "OneGuide"

4) Select "TV line-up"

5) Enter your postcode

6) Set your TV provider

You should now be able to see all of the applicable TV listings in the OneGuide and also, control the change of channels with your voice.

Sorry to hear about the OneGuide issue! Let's start by having you reset your OneGuide settings. To do so follow these steps!

Press the Menu button on the Xbox One controller and select 'Settings'.

In the Settings menu, select 'TV & OneGuide'.

From here select 'Troubleshoot' and Reset TV settings.

Once you reset TV settings, set up OneGuide again.

Give that a shot and let us know if that helps!

As of May 2021, OneGuide on Xbox One no longer supports live TV listings. You can continue to use OneGuide to view your connected HDMI devices or USB TV tuner.

Sorry about the OneGuide issue! If you haven't already, try resetting TV settings. Follow the steps below to do so. \

/

On your Xbox One controller, press the Menu button and select Settings.
In the Settings menu, select TV & OneGuide.
In TV & OneGuide, select Troubleshooting.
From here, select Reset TV settings.
Set up OneGuide again and verify if more channels appear.
