Thanks for the update Julius! My apologies if it is still not working, yes please! If you have other connection such as mobile data to use much better to see whether it is just a connection issue as there are instances where our internet provider might block some specific websites, etc.

With regards to your concern, I am seeing others reporting the same problem and I also experienced it yesterday but it seems to be working on my end now.

No report posted on the Xbox live server page https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-live-status yet.

Have you somehow tried using a different browser or device to access your settings? You can try accessing it here https://account.xbox.com/en-us/settings in case the same issue persist on this link, try to access your account first by signing in at https://account.microsoft.com page.

Once you are done signing in, go to https://account.xbox.com/en-us/Settings/Home next and click the "Privacy & online safety" to see if it will load for you.

I tryed using whit VPN and whitout it didn't work

but whit other internety conection now i dont have but i will try when i can

Sorry to hear about that! May I ask if you have tried using a different internet connection as well? If you somehow have a VPN I suggest to also try turning it off before accessing the page.

In case same issue persist, it would be best to report it to the Xbox team by contacting them at https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us

On the page, click on "Contact us" > Subscriptions & billing > I can't redeem a code > Type in "Support" then there you should see option to message or request a callback from the Xbox team. The option I provided here is diferent, this is just a way to easily find the option to reach the Xbox support.

I suggest to go for the chat option, based on my experience it is faster than the callback.
