I can't see my own achievements list nor my friends' unless if I'm comparing.

I am also having this issue, I just added a new friend to my list and went to compare achievements. I own fallout 3 goty edition and have 1140 gs in it, he has 130..when i compare on site and on my 360 it says i have not played at all. I can see them just
fine when looking at my own achievements but not when comparing to his, it also worked when comparing with my other friend who also owns fallout 3. Seems strange to me...

I'm kind of having a similar issue except that my achievements unlock. The problem I have is that they aren't being updated on Xbox.com nor can I compare them with friends..

It sounds like I'm having the same issue. I tab over to my achievements on my profile on Xbox One and look at Forza Horizon 3; I see my gamerscore (910/2000) and my achievements (94/0). If I select the achievements listing nothing appears. Checking xbox.com
yields the same results. I can't compare achievements to anyone, I'm just shown my rankings in the game amongst other friends. This must be an issue with the Forza servers because if I check other games like Fallout 4, Destiny, Mass Effect Andromeda, or the
Division all data populates as it should with completed and in progress achievements.
