i cant see my messages

Discus and support i cant see my messages in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; on my xbox pc app i cant send or look at my messages when i try to go to my messages it it says "Try again-we had trouble getting your convesations."...     on my xbox pc app i cant send or look at my messages when i try to go to my messages it it says "Try again-we had trouble getting your convesations." it has been like this for about 2 days

    Sorry to hear about the issues with seeing your messages in the Xbox App. Are you seeing the messages in the Beta version of the app? What about on the Xbox One or Xbox 360 console?
