I cant see my library and cant download new games in xbox app

In the Windows search bar type "Services".

Scroll to the bottom and find the following services:

-XblAuth Manager

-XblGameSave, XboxGipSvc,

-Xbox Live Game Save,

-Xbox Live Networking Service,

-Microsoft Store Install Service,

-GamingServices,

-Game Bar,

-Xbox TCUI

Right-click on the service (you must do this for each of them) and select Properties.

In the Startup Type section of the "General" tab, make sure it is set to Automatic . If it is not already started, click Start.

Then click Apply and OK to save the changes.

Restart the device and try again.

Use the Windows search engine and type "PowerShell", Then run it as administrator.

On the Administrator Windows PowerShell screen, type the following command and press Enter:

get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers

In the same window, type the following command and press Enter:

start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLLHN

Restart the device and try again.

I can see my library now thanks but there is still one issue. I cant download anything its bugged at %0

now that i opened the app again it has 0 change. It didnt work.

thanks for the reply, but i have tried all these solutions with no success. i have tried downloading metro exodus which i have downloaded and played already earlier this year and it will not launch either. i just finished playing the outer worlds also
and that ran fine then i deleted some old games from my library to make room for new ones and now it seems i cant launch any games from the xbox app. steam epic blizzard ea all the other launchers i have are working fine but it seems i cant launch any games
from the xbox app. i will try downloading another game or two to see if this is the case. i checked all my subscriptions theyre all current. im very confused why i cant launch games out the xbox app all of sudden.
