I can’t see my full library and I can’t change the color on my Xbox account

We understand that you're experiencing issues with your Xbox account. Regarding your library,

have you tried signing out of your account and then signing back in? This can sometimes refresh your library and show all of your games.

However, you can customize your profile picture and background image. You can check on this support article: Personalize your console Home screen and profile | Xbox Support

Let me know if you're referring to something and also it would be best if you can provide me a screenshot which part of Xbox account you want to change the color.

I redeemed it on his Xbox. Currently in the Full Library and Owned Games but can’t see anything there other than the Fortnite and Roblox apps

How to change the xbox setting if the my microsoft account show that I’m not an adult yet? I can’t change any setting on xbox settings. Also, I really want to play minecraft dungeons with my friend, but I can’t fix this problem, because I can’t change
the setting on xbox.

I’ve tried all of these steps again and unfortunately didn’t work still can’t see any games. Full library just gives me the “try again” option.
