    I cant see my friendslist on my xbox, after I did the new update? Please Help.


    I just bought a brand new Xbox and when it asked me to update I did but then I wasn't able to see my friendlist on my xbox or the Xbox app but I can see it on my Web browser when I visit it on a computer but it is not viewable on my xbox or the Xbox app?
    Please help.

    why cant i see the friendslists of my friends anymore even if the list is public? it works on my xbox but not when i log in on my laptop.

    any ideas? greetz

    Sorry to hear about the friends list not showing up properly on the console. Let's have you try to remove your profile and then re-add it to the console to see if that helps.
