Incredible slow performance to open a friend information

I got poor internet connection. The whole friend list and gamer info load incredible slow compare to xbox360. Please fix this ASAP, thank you.

This has been a constant issue since launch of the console. Party chat issues, friends list, can't send invites, etc. Add the non-support of a wireless headset, and the fact that I have used almost 13% of my HDD for updates alone that break more than they
fix, and this console is pre-last gen. Microsoft pushed their greed so far this time they produced a far inferior system. I am seriously considering trading in the Xbone for a more reliable, user-friendly PS4.

 

Same here, been well over a day now.

 

This is ridiculous. I'm normally a patient guy and I understand things can and do go wrong. But it's been an entire day now without access to my friends on Xbox Live, a couple hours of maintenance I understand. This is unacceptable though. I pay for this
service so that I can play with friends, fix it.

 

These people at Microsoft don't give a crap about their customers. As long as the checks keep coming in, these type of companies will continue to provide lackluster "service" and that's the truth.

 

I am too am tired of this I pay the subscription to play with my friends online n yet in a weekend we're I have the day off from work to play but nope xbox is down n I can't do anything I very tired of this bs n im actually of just trading the xbox one n
