i cant see messages in xbox app

i had to download the beta version to see the messages before i was using smartglass idk whats going on it says try again later we had trouble getting your conversations

Chat Problem

Hello, i need help with this issue im having on my XBOX app on windows 10, i cannot see my friends online, nevertheless i can see the "followers", in the other hand i cant send messages or see the ones i have.

I get this message "try again, there were some problems getting your conversations" on the chat window.

&

"We cant show your friends at this moment, Try updating the app. Something went wrong"

And my app is updated.

Extra data: My NAT is "open", and the connection to the server is online.

i cant see my messages

on my xbox pc app i cant send or look at my messages when i try to go to my messages it it says "Try again-we had trouble getting your convesations." it has been like this for about 2 days

Personally for me I've never found a solution annoyingly when it does it I just go off it a few days till it works

From my own experience i can say that the app sometimes has connection problems but in my case this always fixed itself after some time and i would be able to use it again.

Checked updates, deleted, reinstalled - still nothing. Does it just end up fixing itself?

This has been the same screen I'm getting when trying to check my messages for the past 4 days. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app but still nothing. This issue is on my iPhone, I tried with my
Samsung phone, same thing happens. Advice?
