Discus and support I can't see if I have the season pass for the division downloaded in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I can't find any way to see if I have downloaded the season pass but it does shows other downloaded content for the division.     I can't see if I have the season pass for the division downloaded


    I can't find any way to see if I have downloaded the season pass but it does shows other downloaded content for the division. I have used the code given to me and if I try to use it again it says that I have already used the code.

    Can't Access Season Pass Downloaded on 3/31

    Hello!

    I have downloaded the season pass DLC. It does not appear in the in-game menu.

    I have gone into system settings, deleted the Season pass, cleared the system cache, re-downloaded the season pass. Still can't access it. Any suggestions? I have confirmed my purchase as well.

    Xbox store problem

    I recently purchased the division gold edition. However it did not give me the season pass. I was wondering if you could just send me a code for this missing part of the bundle i.e. The division season pass. Thank you.

    Hi Murphs,

    as with all expansions packs you can download the latest additions with season pass through the ingame menu. The only downside, as I see it, is that season pass owners can't pre-download the add ons but have to wait till they are released.

    The Division Season Pass     in the Xbox web store, it's asking you to purchase it? Did you purchase the game physically or digitally? And if it was physically, where did you purchase your season pass? If it was digitally, can you take a screenshot of your
    Microsoft Commerce account and message me the link via Xbox Live message please?

    problem solved. I went to 'buy' the DLC's and then it said: you already got them, want to install? That fixed it.
