    I've tried to restart pc, reinstall xbox app changing microsoft store account and region but nothing works and i still have some days before my game pass expires I can't see any games from xbox game pass help please! :(

    If I may ask, may I know which specific games from the Xbox game pass library that can't be accessed on both Microsoft Store and Xbox app, please?

    Also, are you able to launch other Xbox game pass games properly without any issues?

    Because I've got the Premium version of FS2020 and I can't see premium content after uninstall / install of new version.... I'm staying with basic version of the game and did not have premium contents...

    Please check first if your Game pass Ultimate or Game pass for PC subscription is active from this link, https://account.microsoft.com/services/.

    If it's active, on the same subscription page, please try turning off the recurring billing for the subscription. After doing that, restart your computer then try playing any game from Game pass and see if it works.

    If it's active, on the same subscription page, please try turning off the recurring billing for the subscription. After doing that, restart your console then try playing or downloading any game from Game pass and see if it works.
