    I can't see any captures on the Xbox 1S on my PC Xbox Console Companion app


    So basically, I take a fair few screenshots a day on a game, and they all upload. But when I go onto my computer and go onto the XCC app, only the same captures show - 6 of them, all from games I don't play anymore and were taken at varying dates. Why can't I see my captures? (I'm asking this for the skate.reel competition so I can submit something)

    (P.S If I send someone a message on the normal xbox app, it shows all the captures taken in recent times, but there isn't a gallery on that app)

    Hello alen260#1016! I'm Claus, an Independent Microsoft Community Consultant for Xbox! Glad to be able to help you!

    On the Xbox Console Companion app, you should be able to press on "On Xbox Live" and that should list all of your captures. If that doesn't work, try to sign out of your account by selecting your profile picture on the left bar, then "More" and then Sign out. Sign in again and check if the captures are all listed.

    If they aren't, maybe you can try to upload your captures to OneDrive and then download them through that on your PC, or download them through the Xbox app on your smartphone.

    You need to use the Xbox Companion App or the Xbox App (mobile) to access your captures.

    Optionally you can use the Windows + G shortcut > Capture > See all my captures.

    You can find any captures done locally on that PC that are not sync to the Xbox Network.

    That sould be working then. Do you perhaps have access to the windows 10 xbox companion app?? There you can see if it captures your clips even if it doesn't say any thing on the xbox you wil see it under my captures on the companion app

    After saving a game capture using the console companion app, the Game category is "Unknown" and I cannot reupload the capture to Xbox Live.

    I believe that this might be an issue with the Console Companion App so if you have any other way to store and edit the captures you should try that
    I could do it on my Xbox, but I prefer to use the companion app. If you can't do things on the app, why should it exist?
