Discus and support i can't save any payment methods in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; i can't save any payment methods,when i try to add a payment method(like credit card/paypal),it can't save,and say We can't authorize the payment...     i can't save any payment methods,when i try to add a payment method(like credit card/paypal),it can't save,and say

    We can't authorize the payment method. Please make sure the information is correct, or use another payment method. If you continue to get this message, please contact your financial institution.

    i'm sure there's nothing wrong with my card,and i used to buy games with it on xbox online store.

    Anyone can tell me what's wrong?How to solve this problem?

    Xbox Live Gold Subscription Issue

    If this hasn't been resolved yet, simply go into the billing, manage payment options, click to edit the card, then save it. This will cause the card to get reverified in order for them to allow it for payment. The reason it was declined was they tried charging you $21 for something, but when it was received multiple times as declined/rejected due to funds, the payment method was locked and declined until it can be reverified.

    XOne "Use a different way to pay" problem

    Go to billing.Microsoft.com, pull up your account, remove you payment methods, then re-ad your payment methods.

    And what about the billing address? Is the same as the one in your bank statement?

    Also, may I know where are you trying to add your payment method (I mean, Xbox, PC, web browser) and what are you trying to purchase?

    Both my account region and my payment region are Vietnam. The problem is when I add payment, the checker said that my card information is wrong despite I type-in what write in my card correctly multiple time(card holder and CVV).

    Probably this can be a reason (maybe the system is not able to verify correctly the billing address)

    Please try using a completely different debit or credit card to see if that helps

    So this billing address is the address of the bank that manage my debit card? Because I use a virtual card. I called the bank and they say the card don't have what's call "billing address" and demand a clear explaination.
