I can't run the game I bought

Hello there, how are you guys?

Well, I'm facing an odd issue. Last night I purchased and installed the optimized version of "Star Wars - Force Unleashed" for Xbox One on the digital Microsoft Store. However, I was never able to run the game, because it always shows Error Code 0x803F8001.
I have already followed all the steps at https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/errors/error-code-0x803F8001 . I also reset my Xbox One (except games
and apps) and reinstalled the game twice, but it won't work.

Can someone help me? I'm running out of ideas on how to solve this problem, and I would be very happy if someone could find a solution

Thank you! Unfortunately, it says that support calls are not available for my problem :/ . However, I will follow your suggestion and I'll try to email them, I hope they'll answer it.

Edit: I can't find their support email anywhere :/

Xbox customer support does not have a direct contact email and indeed some options won't lead to a callback option. First, I would make sure that the issue is not related to a failed charge for the game so please check your order history and make sure the
order was completed: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/

Then, go ahead and give this solution a try. While the Xbox is on, go ahead and do a hard
reset and power cycle to the console. Hold down the power button on the console for about 10 seconds or until it shuts down. Once the Xbox is off, remove the power cable from the Xbox and the power outlet for about 5 minutes. Then re-connect and
wait 60 seconds before turning on the Xbox. Holding down the power button on the console to force a hard reset and then removing the power cable are both important steps.

Let us know if the order was completed and if a power cycle helps.

go through the official support site and either email them or ask for them to call you back. Good luck and please let us know how it goes.
