I cant run human flat fall

I cant run a game downloaded from microsoft store: Human fall flat on steam on xbox one s. I reinstalled it. I cant see it on my game list.

When you say steam do you mean steam has in the game platform for pc or you mean you purachsed the game with the steam level included ?

That is for xboxone and for pc has its a play anywhere title if your not seeing it appear on console then i would check http://account.microsoft.com/orders

to check the purachse went though if that is the case make sure your signing into your console with the same microsoft account that it is showing on. Head too your my games and apps and it should show in the ready too install section. It could also be the
case that it has automatic installed for you if you have your console set up too do that so just keep that in mind.

You can also search for human fall flat steam level in the store on console too install

I'm sorry to hear about you not being able to find your Human: Fall Flat (game) in your games list on your Xbox One S. I recommend to try and perform a

hard reset and power cycle of your console. Hold down the power button on the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down and then remove the power cable from the Xbox and the power outlet
for about 5 minutes. Then re-connect and turn on the Xbox.

Give this a try and let us know the results.

You have a little bit of conflicting information there. Did you buy it through Microsoft or on Steam? If it was through Steam it would be for the PC and not for the console.
