    This procedure may help with this problem: The XBox App requires Windows in the latest versions and all related apps duly updated via the Microsoft Store. Press Win+R and type the winver command and press Enter, inform the version and compilation of your Windows 10. Immediately press Win+R and paste the wsreset command and press Enter, the procedure clears the cache of the store and leaves it functional. To view application updates by opening the Microsoft Store -> click on the three dots on the right of the screen -> Download and Updates, if there are outdated applications, update, restart the computer.
