i cant run game on xbox app. im getting this error (image below)

1 - Type cmd (Command Prompt) in the search bar of the Start menu and then click Run as administrator.

2 - Enter chkdsk /f/x/r/v

Being in use the system will ask if the user wants to check the chosen drive after reboot. Just type S and restart the computer.

I do see my achievements in xbox app, and below are the error messages I get on xbox pc app.

Error - Game could not be synced from other device. (something Like that)

yip getting the 0x0000000 error have idea why, says all services available but i cant load any game or app but im connected????

Im sorry but i forgot to mention that im on windows 11, so i cant get that update. I tried using the notepad but i cant run the file, i can just open it. I checked my accounts too, its a administrator account and the xbox and microsoft store apps run on the same account.

Hope there is still a way to get this fixed!

Hi, im playing it on Xcloud and there is no message error or something, i cant get the Online Pass for Dead Space 3 because the Xbox App told me that i cant use the Purchase Function so i search the Pass on the web site but i cant get it either
