I can't run any games

Starfield has caused a. exponential increase in users. The service is still in beta as a perk on UGP, and uptime is not guaranteed during this period.

I would first recommend checking if there are available updates for your Windows OS under Settings > Update & Security and see if any are available by clicking "Check for updates".

Form there, if there are updates or not, when it's done, open up the Windows Store and verify you're logged in properly by clicking the profile icon in the top right. Once logged in successfully, click the three dots in the top right and select Downloads
and Updates, from there click "Get updates" and see if any of the available apps have updates and install those.

Then I'd open up the Game Bar by pressing Win+G and verifying that you're logged in there.

Let us know if you encounter any issues in that process, or if there are updates, they don't solve your issue, and we can try more troubleshooting from there.
