    I can't request repair for my Xbox One controller


    A few days ago, my controller started acting on its own: there is extreme drift in the left thumbstick down direction. Additionally, the down D-pad doesn't seem to be working at all. These issues appeared at the same time, and very suddenly. I've tried restarting my xbox and everything but it's still playing up.

    The controller is in warranty until the end of the month, meaning I should be able to send it off for repair for free, right? However, whenever I go to enter my address, I get redirected to another page which just displays an error message. I then decided to request a phone call instead, but when I enter my phone number I get another error message - something about a problem on their end. I've retried both of these things dozens of times but always get the same result.

    This is getting increasingly frustrating... I don't know what to do lol

    Hello Deutgi, have tried the procedure by some other browser, if you have tried and the error continues, the best solution would be to contact Xbox support so that they can open the service order for you.

    Hello, yes I have tried chrome, edge and firefox but it doesnt work. I unfortunately cant contact support either, since requesting a phone call also produces an error...
