I can't request a call from Xbox Support?

I think I've been hacked. I never go to a friends house and sign in on my profile, so the profile is and always will be limited to my own console. However, recently... I've noticed when I sign in, I'm being instantly signed back out and greeted with "Bye
Kalym!". Upon signing back in, I'm getting the notifier "You were signout elsewhere". I have tried changing my password, but I no longer have access to the email on file. When I try to request a text/call for the security it proceeds but I never receive anything.
So I decided to try requesting a call from Microsoft Xbox Support, when I sign in it nulls out my first name and last name. As such, I'm unable to request a call. So at the moment, there is an unauthorised use of my account and I can't do anything!

Can't do that from Russia, the request was addressed to Moscow. "Failed to process the request. Direct call". I need support in the United States to return the money RUR 599 for a Xbox Live Gold subscription 1 month. Russian IP address blocks in the US,

Please contact phone support using the number above or chat them. They may need to reset your account so that it erase your account's auto sign in features to those consoles where you downloaded it. Upon resetting, you need to change your password to complete
and apply the changes. You are good to go.

Hello J, yes you are correct, to update your device warranty you need to contact Xbox support.

However, the ideal would be to contact support via chat, to do so, follow the procedures below.

Doesn't appear as a link for me, but regardless I've already previously navigated to the 'Update your warranty with your proof-of-purchase' page manually but I see no option to start a support chat. I can only start a chat with a Gamer which I've already done and even they mentioned they will need to escalate the enquiry to a support representative.

I don't really see why it's so hard to communicate to support about a brand new product I've purchased?
