I cant renovate my subscription

Discus and support I cant renovate my subscription in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; i havent played on my xbox for about 4 months, all because my xbox live subscription dosent renovate, i have the auto renovation thing for the xbox...     I cant renovate my subscription


    i havent played on my xbox for about 4 months, all because my xbox live subscription dosent renovate, i have the auto renovation thing for the xbox live membership.

    even then i cant renovate it in the site because even the site doesnt let me cancel it.

    its frustrating, cuz i want to play with my friends and i simply cant.

    Gamepass billed one day earlier

    Gamepass said it would renovate my subscription 30/04, but when I tried to cancel it, I dicovered it had already renewed itself. What am I supposed to do to get this money back? (I'm from Brazil, if that's relevant)
