    I cant renew my xbox gold, even when i click pay now for overdrawn time, after that i buy a month more gold but xbox take my purchase but then say, sorry we cant process your purchase. How do i renew gold properly, and whats wrong

    so i cant just buy a new 12 month gold for my account to renew. The other accounts dont get used so just want to renew mine.

    Hey, Dexter509! That error code is generally related your payment option not being able to be processed. I suggest you
    contact us via phone or chat support so that they can look into your Billing account a little more.

    I was looking everywhere and I just found that one guy has this problem too and the sad that it was a problem with credit card which wa not caused by him, but by microsoft. He sad that they have in system his card was showing as expired card, but mine expire
    at 04/16. Is there an opinion to fix it withou calling to support?

    Try making sure everything is set up correct on your account at
    http://commerce.microsoft.com
    Otherwise, you will need to contact support directly in order to speak to billing so they can help you fix it.

    i am having the same problem... except on my Xbox one my card works for my user name and on the 360 my sons name says they can not bill the card...very disappointing as we spend a lot of money on Microsoft products and live time...i am currently under my
    sons account and there was a message stating that there was difficulty with live purchases and they are currently working to repair it?? I'm very confused as we have just purchased the taken king and he cant play with his friends. please help

    I am still having that problem ... I tried at least 4 cards and still gatting the same error ... its so dissapointing ... pls help .. Xbox without online is worthless

    Sorry to hear it Dexter. However, you've been directed to phone support several times. Phone support are the only ones who can assist with billing issues such as yours.

    I already had chat with Roberto from support and he assured me that new card will fix it. I tried 3 other cards. Same error.

    Sorry to hear it. However, there is nothing anyone can do on the forums. You'll need to contact phone support again. Speak to them on the phone, not chat. That way you can explain better. If you do not live in North America and cannot use the number

    Supports hours are 10 am - 6 pm your time.

    Is your gamertag set for Slovakia as well? If your tag is set for a region other than where you live then that could be the reason that you are experiencing this issue. However, phone support will be able to fill you in more on what's up.
