I cant rename my Xbox one controller

Hello team,

I cant rename my Xbox one controller.

OS: W10 22H2 (OS Build 19045.3636)

Scenario:

1. Type in Control Panel on the Cortana Search field.
   
2. Click on Hardware & Sound.
   
3. Select Devices & Printers.
   
4. On the new window, right-click on the paired device and select Properties.
   
5. Click on the Bluetooth tab and edit the name of your paired device.
   

Current result:

While connected


..

Not connected



..

Device is renamed to custom name.

More details:

SFC is ok

I tried to remove device and add.

I tried two other xbox controllers

I really have no idea what else to try or do.
