I can't remove some of my followers

When I remove some of my friends and I don't want them to follow me I block them but for some reason they are not removing this is only happens to some people I remove not all. What do I do? And please don't bother saying to remove or refresh my console
and clear my system cache because this is a account problem not an xbox problem.

For some reason I can't remove certain followers. Even though I block these certain followers, they still show up in my followers list

As far as I understand, you can't remove followers.

If you have blocked these followers, they can't access your profile or other information and can't contact you.

But they are still listed as followers.

 

its up to them if they want to remove you only to get rid of follower is block and unblock them

 

I know that and that's what I was doing but they are not removing... Did you even read what I post

Sorry to see you're facing issues with removing followers.

Just to let you know - if a follower is annoying you in some way, such as being abusive, then please report them via their gamer profile so that it can be investigated.

In regards to blocking and unblocking not removing the follower, this is something that other players within the Xbox community are reporting and is definitely something that needs to be looked into, as such, I'll check to see if it has been brought up as
an issue on the Preview Program, and if not, I'll report it in so it can be looked into.

Same problem here,but i found out the only way is when u remove a new person that u want to block, dont do it on the xbox do it on xbox.com and remove them first and then block them.
