I can't remove my follower :(

When I remove some of my friends and I don't want them to follow me I block them but for some reason they are not removing this is only happens to some people I remove not all. What do I do? And please don't bother saying to remove or refresh my console
and clear my system cache because this is a account problem not an xbox problem.

My netflix wouldn't update now my system is bricked.

I was having problems updating netflix and I follow the instructing to remove my profile and add it again..now I can't add it and my console it bricked

To clarify, you have blocked these followers from your Xbox One console but you still receive notifications from them and they still show up on your followers list?

Let's try searching their Gamertag on the Friends on Xbox.com page to see if that may do the trick. If it doesn't, please send me a private message on the forums with the following information:

Last time you tried blocking these users (rough time estimate with your timezone will help!):

Hi Invader Z! I hope you are well, delighted to be able to offer you my help!

While you can't completely disable followers, you can adjust your 'Privacy Settings' to set the amount of information you'd like to share with your followers.

Simply navigate to Settings > Online privacy and security > select custom and make the desired changes. In the end, you can set it so that no one can see anything about you.

Unfortunately, there is no set way to remove followers from your list. The “Lock and Unlock” method has been reported to work, but it is nothing official.
