I cant remove my card

    If you can't remove the card you need to call support and have them delete it. The official support representatives on the forums can't do this unfortunately

    Typically if you can't remove a card it's because it's in some way tied to the account. If you want to call phone support, please ensure that they don't cancel your current subscription accidentally to remove the card. Let us know how that goes.
