I can't remove Minecraft beta

I have same problem !!! My friend have same problem too.

I was recently automatically enrolled in the minecraft bedrock edition beta. I did not even know of the xbox insider app before this and now cannot leave the beta. I already unenrolled on the insider app and it said I was successfully unenrolled.
I uninstalled and reinstalled minecraft and waited over an hour between. With no luck I am still in beta. I then tried to remove it manually in the powershell based on instructions from xbox and that still didn't work. I don't want to be on beta because I
cannot play with friends who are on ps4 and can't get the beta. I am on PC.

That's is pretty much the official way of leaving the beta per Mojang's article, "How to Join (and leave) the Minecraft
Beta".

If that doesn't work for you then I found another way of removing all Minecraft services from all users on your PC using PowerShell. This should hopefully re-install the live version of Minecraft Windows 10 edition:

To remove the beta version of Minecraft from all registered users on the PC:

1. On the PC, press Windows Key + X.
2. Select Command Prompt (Admin).
3. In the Administrator: Command Prompt window, type: powershell
   
4. Press Enter.
5. In the Administrator: Command Prompt window, type or copy & paste: Get-AppxPackage -allusers *minecraftUWP* | remove-appxpackage -allusers
6. Press Enter.
7. You can now close the Command Prompt window.

After entering the commands and closing the window, you will need to uninstall/reinstall Minecraft to complete the removal of the beta version. If this does not work, then there has to be another user/account on your PC that is still enrolled
in the beta that is flagging the PC to continuously download the beta.

If you want to remove the minecraft beta you need to go into the xbox insider ------> insider content -------> manage -----> remove beta or something like that -----> reinstall the game and it should be fixed.

I've found the solution together with MariaGraxia on xbox support

1. Install minecraft
2. Reroll in Beta
3. Wait for feedback from the insider app
4. Unroll from Beta
5. Wait for feedback from the insider app
6. Uninstall minecraft
7. Windows key => Type "Run" => Enter => Write "WSReset.exe" => Enter
8. Wait for the command to be finished
9. Install minecraft
