    XOne "Use a different way to pay" problem

    Go to billing.Microsoft.com, pull up your account, remove you payment methods, then re-ad your payment methods.

    Profit.(for Microsoft)

    Can't remove payment method!

    Hey there, Mark!

    I'm sorry to see any issues removing PayPal from your account! In order to remove the account completely, you will need to have another payment option on your account while you still have Gold. Once your Gold lapses, you will be able to remove PayPal as
    an option if you are unable to add a new payment option.

    If you have any further billing questions, be sure to
    contact us     via phone or chat so they can dig into your account further! I can't remove a payment method :)

    I can't remove a payment method

    Hi there,

    see this link on how to turn off auto renewal:
    support.xbox.com/.../cancel-xbox-live-gold-subscription

    If it somehow fails you will need to contact Xbox Support, they are able to turn off auto renewal for you. To contact Xbox Support use:

    "Bad Request" when trying to update payment method?

    You can't remove a bad payment method before having a replacement payment method already in place. If you want to completely remove the payment method from the account and it's already suspended then you'd need to contact phone support and they should be
    able to remove it for you.

    Yes. You can't remove a payment method while you have an active subscription.

    No. Whatever remaining subscription time is left on the account will still be there. If there isnt any other payment options on thr account with auto renew the account will just renew to a silver membership once the remaining membership is gone
