I can't register my xbox one it says it has an open service order

when doing a xbox one service order you need to go xbox one support website then go to the bottom where you see repair and service center to start a repair order and follew the intructions and you need to register your xbox one console or accessorys.
I just got done with a xbox one service order and my xbox one console coming back to me so can play my games.

I can't access them either. I initiated the code but it says my xbox one has been registered to another account (which I no longer have access to)

The same happens to me when I try to register/open the repair order for Xbox Series X but with my other account, I can register and open the repair order normally. You can also try talking to support and see if they can create the repair order for you.

My screen just tells me that I'll get a service message on my Xbox one but I've waited about a week and still haven't gotten anything. I can't access the preview forums either but I talked to three agents and they all say I'm registered.
