I can't refund.

there can be a delay of 24 hours from purchase to be able to request a refund, but getting a refund on a game just becuase you dont like it is not much of a reason, usually because its faulty or wrong purchase.

also have you played the game for more that 2 hours.

You can cancel the subscription and get a refund by logging in through this website

Select the three dots next to the name of the subscription you wish to cancel and then select “Manage”, in that section you will find the “Cancel subscription” button, select it and it should give you the option to cancel and get a refund. Remember that you can only request a refund for purchases made in the Microsoft Store, not for products redeemed with gift cards.

In case it does not let you do it and you get a message saying that it is not possible to cancel because the subscription is already paid, please note that there are certain policies that must be met before the system will process a refund. For example, subscription refunds are limited to one per account. You can find more information here.
