I can't refund my order

    Anyone else getting preorder refunds from Amazon or elsewhere?

    I am going thru my email and I have 2 refunds from Amazon on my Xbox One games.
    I got this same email for all the games I preordered thru Amazon, bring the game cost
    down to only $48.99 each.

    i can't refund my game

    Like the previous comment said, all digital purchases are final. You can not get a refund for a digitally purchased game unless the content in the game was misinformed or other issues.

    If you want to refund, do it via online support for online support here: Contact Us | Xbox Support

    But you must meet the following:

    - The game must be digital

    - You can not record more than 2 hours in the game

    - You must make your refund within two days of purchase.
