    Hi I recently bought both rocket league adnd the back to the future car pack I don't really like the game that much and I tried to return it (digital) and when I go to my order history Its not there any help?

    Like the previous comment said, all digital purchases are final. You can not get a refund for a digitally purchased game unless the content in the game was misinformed or other issues.

    Hi,

    if you cannot refund a game at account.microsoft.com then it's been played over two hours, if the game is unplayable like a game breaking bug you can contact tech support in regards to this as they may allow the refund.

    Anything you purchase in the marketplace does state that there are no refunds. You would have to try contacting support to see if there is anything they can do. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or

    All digital sales are final. For assistance with your specific case you will want to speak to MS support as they may or may not be able to make an exception.
