    For refunds you will need to submit a ticket thru Support. Make sure you have your order number handy as youll need it for the request

    All digital sales are final. For assistance with your specific case you will want to speak to MS support as they may or may not be able to make an exception.

    Hi,

    if you cannot refund a game at account.microsoft.com then it's been played over two hours, if the game is unplayable like a game breaking bug you can contact tech support in regards to this as they may allow the refund.

    Like the previous comment said, all digital purchases are final. You can not get a refund for a digitally purchased game unless the content in the game was misinformed or other issues.

    i purchased a fallout 3 expansion in french by accident one time, never got my money back, thats why they are getting rid of games on disc all-together
