Discus and support I can't reedem the game I just bought in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I just bought AOE IV and inside of XBOX app I have only the 4K HDR video pack available without the game itself.     I just bought AOE IV and inside of XBOX app I have only the 4K HDR video pack available without the game itself.

    Are you sure you definitely bought the actual game itself and not just the 4k Video pack?

    What does it show if you go to the Microsoft Store and look at your library?

    Indeed it seems that I own only the video pack, but how stupid this can be?!. How can store allow you to buy/redeem the video pack without the game itself.

    Well, the Digitial Locker (whatever that is....is it a WIndows 11 thing as I've never seen it before) seems to confirm the game itself has been purchased but the Xbox App says otherwise. Very strange.
