Reedem prepaid xbox one

I can't reedem my prepaid code "Something went wrong" i was trying everything but still nothing.

I can't reedem my new 3 month gold code because my xbox live billing account has been blocked for purchases, but why????

Hi there,

Remeeming errors can be caused by issues on the account itself. Be sure to check if your billing information is correct at
http://billing.microsoft.com and also check
http://account.microsoft.com/services for any outstanding amount issues, these need to be sorted prior to being able to redeem codes.

After that try redeeming the code on both xbox console and via xbox.com/redeemcode

Also check that the Xbox Live account, the console and code all match region wise, using different regions for any of them cause issues too.

If you can't find anything wrong and it is still not working, best thing to do is to contact official Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat at
Contact Us | Xbox Support they can do a more indepth look into this issue.

Hey

Support try a lot of solutions, none of them worked. I reedem a code of FIFA 17 Deluxe Edition Pre-Order on my PC and since that day I don't get a licence of the game. All the times I talk they confirmed that I have the game reedem in my account but it just
won't appear anywhere, not even on My games in xbox site and never appear on Ready to install on my console.

A week as past since the day I reedem the code and for now I can't get nothing solved

i haven´t reedem the second code as it doesn´t alow me to. i would like to do so. i dont wann transfer anything, i just gonna leave the forst reedem code as unused on my other epic games account. I only wanna have the access to reedem the second code.

All I know is that something happen in your system and I don't have a licence of the game associated to my account even everyone in support confirme me that I reedem the code. All in support says that they can't help me no more, that they are reporting
the issue to assistance but days and days are passed and the problem is still in the same spot as the day I reedem the code and contact the support the first time
