I Cant redeem XBox Gold

Every time I try to redeem my code I get a "Sorry try again later" message and a code. I've tried for over a week now searched for the error code here but nothing comes up.. This is very frustrating.

The last message code I got is:

Remeeming errors are usually caused by issues on the account itself. Be sure to check your billing information at http://billing.microsoft.com and http://account.microsoft.com/services for any outstanding amount issues. After that try redeeming the code on
both xbox console and via xbox.com/redeemcode

Also check that account , console and code region match, using different regions van cause issues too.

If you can't find anything wrong and it is still not working, best thing to do is to contact official Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat at Contact Us | Xbox Support

 

So I've heard this multiple times, and I have nothing wrong with my account. It get the same error as this man does and after much talk with agents one said that there is a system problem and many are getting this error code. It just seems weird that only
some agents are aware of this error and that you can't tell this man that there is an error. Either there is one and you were never told about it, which is ridiculous or there isn't an error and the agents were wasting my time
