I can't redeem the gift my cousin sent me.

It's not there and in the in the store it only says "PLAY WITH GAME PASS." Any other solutions? He definitly sent it to me because in my Chat it says to redeem it. Thank you for your time.

If it didn't automatically download, you should be able to install it through your library in Games and Apps or by looking up the game in the store and it should give the option to install it.

you can't send to yourself as a code, it would just redeem straight to your account, must be sent as a gift to the recipient who will redeem it.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide, and then select Store.

Press the View button to open the side menu, and then select Redeem.

Enter the 25-character code, select Next, and then follow the prompts.

If it's not working in both places, the best course of action is to contact Support.
