    I can't redeem the code that comes with console.


    Everytime i try to redeem the Shadow of Tomb Raider that comes with Xbox One X i get this message.

    Check the instructions that came with your code. You might need to redeem it on a different web page.

    I tried in xbox console, at the web microsoft.com/redeem, in the xbox app... with the same result.

    I Can't redeem my code because it didn't come with one!!

    I just got Injustice 2 the ultimate edition and when I went to redeem my add ons I saw that there was only a QR code and no 25 digit code. I don't have a Kinect so I can't use the QR code but why is there no digit code to redeem!? Is there a way? Why did

    Hi, that looks like some sort of region issue, if your account region and physical locations don't match you'll have these issues. It could also be the region and language setting on the Xbox so that may be worth
    checking too.

    Digital Download of Minecraft from purchase of Xbox One S Minecraft Edition

    The console would have come with a code to redeem, so once the code is redeemed it's attached to that account, not the console. Anything you purchase/redeem on an account can be redownloaded again through your Games and Apps.

    If you're unsure who redeemed the code originally, you can check transactions at http://account.microsoft.com and it show show when the code was redeemed. As long as it shows there,
    it's tied to the account.
