I cant redeem my XboX Live Gold Code

It keeps saying that my code is not valid, and if I try to enter it on PC, it says ”Something went wrong” and it tells me to try again!

Redeem xbox live gold 12 months code

I am trying to redeem my xbox live gold code and my console found it so the password is right but i cant confirmed it!

I live in Cyprus.

Sorry to hear it. A code not valid error can mean a couple of things.

1. The code is not available for the region you are in. Which country do you live in and which country is your gamertag set for? Where did you purchase the code?

2. The code was not activated at point of purchase in which case you would need to contact them to activate the code

I’ve not redeemed my Xbox live gold code yet though. So is there a way to check when I have no current active subscriptions?

Cause if I cant upgrade to Xbox Ultimate from live gold. I might as well buy Xbox ultimate 3 months from a third part at $30 ( so $10 per month)
