    Hi, all.

    I purchased a 3 month subscription card for xbox live 2 days ago.

    I quickly dashed for my room and I tried to redeem my code.

    I tried entering my code several times, but it kept on saying that there was an error.

    I then tried redeeming it through my computer, but it said a error has occured during the transaction.

    After waiting 20 more minutes, I decided to try again, but still no xbox live.

    I think the prepaid card isn't defective but it has to do with my account.

    Please HELP!

    same issue, my account has no holds, my last subscription was paid for with my debit card and now I just got a prepaid card from someone who didn't need it. My previous subscription expired yesterday and it's not letting me punch in my code on the prepaid
    card. XBL is currently up and running and like I said before, my account is completely fine, but it wont let me redeem the card.

    Atm i dont have a credit card to update my paypall account, so i bought the 3months XboxLive pre paid card, this is weird, i cant use the redeem code, it always gives me a error, it recognizes that its a prepaid card but when i click "OK" it gives me a error,
