Have you tried on the console? What error message are you getting there? Is it DLC, points/currency or a subscription?

I noticed that you did say it was a Gold code. You can, as I said, try on the console. The error messages you get there are easier to track compared to the error messages you get on the website.

that also happens to me . today redeemed my xbox gold code for 3 moths then i putted it like i always do but i cant get into machmaking it says that i have no gold membership
