    I can't redeem my gift card code


    I have a $25 gift card with a faulty code on it. Only half of the numbers and letters are printed, while the bottom half of the code is blacked out by tape that says "void" on it. When I tried going to the Microsoft support website and I clicked on "Can't redeem a code?", it said "Looks like we might need an Xbox specialist to handle your question." I clicked on where it said "Connect with a specialist", and from there it takes me to an error webpage (https://partner.support.services.microsoft.com/contactus?disability=false&mode=live&uuid=16dfcea7-798d-44ee-95fb-4170954f2f54) that says "An error occurred while processing your request. Reference #97.14a4c017.1737830351.64ad494c"

    This is super frustrating and I just want a replacement code for my faulty one. Thanks.

    The £10 must be either on a card that says "Xbox Gift Card £10" or you must purchase an Xbox digital gift card code on Amazon for £10 that you redeem here:

    You can't redeem Amazon gift cards or currency in Amazon accounts for currency in your Microsoft/Xbox account - you must buy an Xbox Gift Card (or code) with that money on it.
