    I can't redeem my ea access code. it says that something went wrong and i should try again later!!

    Have you tried entering the code online? Sometimes this may let the code go through. (Redeem Online)

    If that didn't work, there is a page with different types of ways to input the code onto your account! (Xbox Live Codes)

    If both of the links didn't fix your issue, you can contact the support team so they can take a deeper look. (Contact Support)

    There are also the reasons that your billing information aren't fully correct. In that case you may check that here. (Billing
    Information    )

    You can also check your security, this can sometimes interfere with this. (Security Check)

    These are just different types of websites that can help you resolve this issue. If none of the websites worked, feel free to contact support. They can take a deeper look into your issue.

    I have the solution now!

    XBOX-support couldn't do anything, neither did EA. BUT EA's guy knew what to do!

    EA Access blocks this code from being redeemed!

    I just phoned microsoft, and a lovely lady cancelled my subscription to EA Access and refunded me.

    I just redeemed the code successfully.

    Now ill just activate EA Access again.

    I guess its a glitch, EA might have thought that they don't want Access users to accidentally buy the games they can get from access

    Thanks for the heads up, SaddFox. Unfortunately due to being located in a region that's not Xbox Live supported, that is why the code was not able to be redeemed on your account. In addition to having your account region reflect accurately, you must also be
    physically located in a region that supports Xbox Live and EA Access in order for those codes to work. Unfortunately we are unable to assist further in this scenario due to this.

    That error may be popping up because your Xbox Live account region may not match the region you're physically located in. Which region are you located in? Be sure to give our
    Xbox Live Region Migration a shot and match your account region to where you're located.
