Discus and support I can't redeem my code offering yesterday. It's a gold card for one year in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; My uncle had buying this card for Christmas but it doesn't work.     My uncle had buying this card for Christmas but it doesn't work. I always have an error code. How can we resolve this situation?

    My Xbox Gold membership ended early and I buy a prepaid card and it says an error occurs

    I too cannot redeem my prepaid 12month gold xbox live membership card on my Xbox one, It says something went wrong after it already confirms that it's a valid card and what it is redeemable for,

    I do not have any fraud or suspicious behavior and I can't redeem my code, This isn't my problem either, It's MS problem like above me said, Fix it!

    And I can't change my region to USA .

    I will register a new account for this one year gold code.

    On the other hand, I received my code in email, and I was able to successfully redeem it. I received my 1600 point card yesterday. It's possible that the offer said one per person. You'll need to talk with Microsoft Store customer service though.

    There is a cheaper way of doing this

    Buy 3 12 month of gold codes then upgrade for a total of 3 years of xgu

    Unless you have xgu already in which case just wait it out and revert to free then do the above proccess
    Actually these 4-months gift cards were on discount so I bought them. If I redeem the first card, I will join XBGPU for 4 months. You are saying that by redeeming one of my gift cards, I can't redeem the remaining cards until my subscription run out?
