I cant redeem my code/gift card

Discus and support I cant redeem my code/gift card in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I have entered my code correctly many times, i have contacted microsoft helpline and they told me that the error was due to the shop where i bought it...     I cant redeem my code/gift card


    I have entered my code correctly many times, i have contacted microsoft helpline and they told me that the error was due to the shop where i bought it from(Argos) , they gave me a replacement which does not work either. I have reset my xbox one and tried
    again, it failed.

    I bought a 45 dollar gift card. I entered the 25 key redeem code....it accepted it, but it didnt add money to my xbox live account....now i cant find the redeem code again.

    Redeem Code error "This code isn't active yet".

    I received an xbox gift card for Christmas. When I enter the redeem code I receive "This code isn't active yet". How does that happen and how do I redeem my gift card?

    I sent a email earlier to no avail.Im trying to redeem xbox points on my console but its asking for a 25 word/# code i dont have.Please help.

    And also when im on my console and try to redeem my 100 $ gift card i earned by buying things from the microsoft store it ask for a 25 digit code that i cant find .

    My friend send me a gift card but i can't redeem it.

    it say "This code can't be redeemed. It was purchased in a different region from your account."
    how do you redeem the code from my friend that live in different region.
    You cant. Your friend will have to request a refund for the code and purchase a code for you that is meant for your region.
