    HEY GUYS!! I can't redeem my code for Dragon Age Inquisiton, they said is a region problem, i change the location of my console but not resolve my problem, i i need help!!!

    Hi there,

    currently there is a known issue regarding redeeming codes, the best thing to do is to wait until the Service issue has been resolved.

    Hey there luigiassis,

    Sorry to hear about the issue with redeeming the code. Have you tried the
    Prepaid Code Troubleshooting     guide yet? Sometimes that can help out. Where are you physically located currently? Does your account match the region? Is your console also connecting to Xbox Live within that region? Try to redeem the code on xbox.com
    HERE. Generally we see this error if either your account doesn't match the region you're physically located in, or the region you're physically located in is not currently an Xbox
    Live Supported Country, which you can see the full list of supported regions

    Where did you buy the code from? If you bought the code from xbox, you can make a support case at https://beta.support.xbox.com/contact-us. If it is a third-party store,
    you will have to most likely go through them and have them either refund your money or another solution. Hopefully this issue gets fixed for you!

    Hi there,

    Remeeming errors can be caused by issues on the account itself. Be sure to check if your billing information is correct at
    http://billing.microsoft.com and also check
    http://account.microsoft.com/services for any outstanding amount issues, these need to be sorted prior to being able to redeem codes.

    After that try redeeming the code on both xbox console and via xbox.com/redeemcode

    Also check that the Xbox Live account , the console and code all match region wise, using different regions for any of them cause issues too.

    If you can't find anything wrong and it is still not working, best thing to do is to contact official Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat at
    http://support.xbox.com/contact-us they can do a more indepth look into this issue.

    Xbox Support are also the only ones to determine if a refund is in order or even possible

    Was this purchased on the Microsoft Store by your friend? If yes, your friend can check who redeemed the game code by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders > see details.

    Also, you may want to check all Microsoft accounts that you own and sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders to possibly find the redemption transaction.
