    I can't redeem any codes, purchase from the store, or update my billing information from my console. I called Xbox support two times and all I was told was to hard reset my console which we know never works and to try resetting it which didn't work either

    Pre paid code not working

    I have entered a prepaid code I purchased a 12 month. I have tried to redeem the code says my billing account is locked and gave me an error called microsoft I have no violations against my acount they have no idea what's wrong with my account. Can't redeem
    any code can't make any purchase. Using prepaid. And can't update provacy settings either

    In order to fix this you will need to contact your bank/financial institution to update your billing information. Once it's updated, you can re-add your payment card to your account on account.microsoft.com > Payment and Billing > Payment option.

    As for an alternative option, you can also purchase an Xbox gift card from retailers and then redeem the Xbox gift card by signing your account on redeem.microsoft.com

    Note: Please make sure to redeem the codes on the right account as it is no longer possible to revert any changes once the codes were redeemed.

    Use the Microsoft credits on your account to purchase on Microsoft Store.

    Were dis you purchase assissins creed from, was this a redeem code, or a purchase from the store.

    If it is from the store, make sure you are signed into the xbox with that account (also check you billing history)

    If its a redeem you need to be logged in with the account you redeemed the code with, otherwise it will not appear in your ready to install section on your xbox.

    Brand New Xbox One, Unable to download apps, games or see membership

    I'm having the same issue.

    I've checked all my billing details, made sure my profile is in order, and I still can't download ANY apps or games, or see my subscriptions. Got this Xbox One brand new yesterday and haven't been able to do anything.

    I've tried redeeming 2 game codes (on the xbox as well as on my PC) that came with the console, and I've also tried downloading games in the store all without any luck. Latest error code from trying to redeem on my computer is below.
