    Prepaid Code - Different regions

    When you purchase an Xbox gift card, make sure that the currency you use matches the currency associated with the recipient’s billing account. Otherwise, the recipient will be unable to redeem the gift card.

    If you redeem an Xbox gift card in a country that doesn’t match the country associated with your billing account, you won’t be able to use those funds.

    The funds in your Microsoft account can’t be transferred after you redeem your Xbox gift card.

    You can’t use funds in your Microsoft account to purchase physical goods from online stores.

    Can you please try redeeming the code on the Xbox Website with the account you want to use the code against to see if the same thing still happens through the website. To redeem the code online select your gamer icon in the top right corner of the screen
    and you should see redeem code on the list that appears.

    My shark card money isn’t appearing on my account GTA V

    I feel like that is misleading as the card I bought should say Xbox one. I bought this card from very and redeemed it on my series x but can’t use it. I won’t be able to refund it because o have already redeemed it and if I put in a refund request through Xbox I will get nothing because it is a redeemable card.

    yes xbox gift cards will work on pc,s and yes you need xbox live gold go for xbox live gold first.
