    I can't redeem a prepaid code of a monthly EA access.


    When I bought my Xbox One in Sweden (on vacation), I got BF 1 and an one month prepaid EA access. But I returned to Tunisia and have installed my Xbox one and everything works like it should.

    I wanted to redeem the prepaid EA access but every time I do it, I got:

    " Something went wrong
    Give it another try. If this happens again, let us know by entering the code below at xbox.com/errorhelp so we can investigate. "

    and at the bottom:

    "XbosPurchase

    12c40b86-8664-4e8d-9fbe-5903381e8524"

    It seems to be something about my region. I've checked that my region is right and I've tried at least 10 times, so I don't know what to do anymore.

    i saw at payment 2 options:

    1 month 5$

    12 months 30$ both require a card or paypal

    and the 3rd option redeem code

    the 3rd option is a ea access subscription code or there you can use money prepaid cards?

    where i can find to buy ea access subscription codes?

    i'm not from usa,so gamestop.com isn't an option for me

    Need help redeeming my xbox live code

    I tried redeeming the code in my browser on my computer using these instructions, big mistake. It said "thank you, you redeemed your code" and then exited me out. No gamertag registration whatsoever. I thought the whole point of redeeming my code was to create a gamer tag, but no just exits me out. I then tried redeeming my code on my xbox (so that I could create the gamer tag) and it said "sorry, code already redeemed."

    so what the... what do I do now?

    Should be noted that 2month codes are trials not purchased prepaid codes they are bundled

    Only 1 month 3month 2 years (all access though you pay monthly for the lease of the Xbox ) and 1 year are prepaid ,

    Thanks for the heads up, SaddFox. Unfortunately due to being located in a region that's not Xbox Live supported, that is why the code was not able to be redeemed on your account. In addition to having your account region reflect accurately, you must also be
    physically located in a region that supports Xbox Live and EA Access in order for those codes to work. Unfortunately we are unable to assist further in this scenario due to this.
