    Hi,

    I bought a code for :

    Sea of Thieves XBOX LIVE Windows 10

    However, I have a problem activating.

    After entering the redeem code, I get a message :

    Contact who you got this code from. We can't redeem it.

    I'm having the same problem. Did you resolve? Support told me nothing wrong with the card or the account and just keep trying.

    You can redeem it on steam.

    You can't redeem a steam code on the xbox/microsoft store platform. You MUST buy it digitally on the microsoft store to use it on xbox live/windows live.
